Monthly Accounting

My monthly accounting package includes setting your accounts up on the cloud based accounting software Xero. I’ll import your bank feeds, reconcile all your accounts, develop you monthly reports, and create you tax estimates. This is the ideal plan for a small business or freelancer looking to keep track of their businesses health, and have the ability to access this information from anywhere. From this base we can add needed services like payroll , bill payments, and invoicing. For each service you add i’ll create you a highly efficient process that integrates all of the best online tools. All prices include the monthly software cost.

Marketing Services

Our marketing services are designed to get you the most bang for your dollar. As a small business owner you can spend a lot of time developing plans and implementing them, or worst yet you may not be spending anything at all in your marketing. We can help you get going by creating a brand, building you a website using Squarespace, building an email list, and creating content for social media post.

Business Services

We recognize that not every business owner wants to outsource every aspect of their business, but still wants help developing efficient processes using effective tools. This is what we aim to offer with our consulting services, we identify what tools will have the most impact, and develop process for you that integrate with your other work flows. In addition we can train your staff on the new processes and how to use the tools.
